Per HOA policy, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, check in, and stay the entire time. IDs may be checked, and guests under 25 will not be permitted to check in. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to hosting you!

Grand Panama Resort COA requires a registration fee be paid to them. This is outside any fees already paid to Signature Destinations. The link to register and pay will be sent after booking. The registration fee is $55 and mush be paid whether bringing a vehicle or not. This fee includes one parking pass and armbands for each member of your party. You may get an additional parking pass for $35 for a second vehicle. Maximum of 2 vehicles. Motorcycle parking is available at $55 for the first motorcycle and $35 for the second motorcycle. Maximum of 2 motorcycles. Adults and children 13 years of age and older are required to wear armbands while on property. Parking passes and armbands will be available upon guest check-in within the Tower II lobby at the Owner Services desk.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
