🚗 Edgewater Resort HOA requires a separate amenity registration fee paid directly to the resort prior to arrival. This includes parking passes, wristbands, and access to resort amenities. Pricing is subject to change:

🚘 2nd Vehicle: Additional $50
🚘 3rd Vehicle: Additional $100
🚘 Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed

🧺 Your stay includes fresh linens, bath towels, in-unit washer & dryer, and a starter supply of essentials including paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a dishwasher pod, a laundry detergent pod, and travel-size toiletries. Guests are encouraged to bring additional supplies and beach towels for pool & beach use. 🌊☀️
