This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests 🛏️ and features a comfortable layout designed for relaxing after a day in the sun ☀️. The primary bedroom includes a king bed 👑, while the second bedroom features two queen beds, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together.

Step outside onto the private balcony 🌅 where you can enjoy a peaceful ocean view 🌊. While the balcony does not face the beach directly, you’ll still enjoy a scenic glimpse of the Gulf and refreshing coastal breezes.

Your stay also includes complimentary seasonal beach service for two 🏖️, featuring two chairs and one umbrella already set up on the beach—making it easy to relax and enjoy the sugar-white sand and emerald waters without the hassle of hauling equipment.

⚠️ Age Requirement

Per HOA policy, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, check in, and stay the entire time. IDs may be checked, and guests under 25 will not be permitted to check in. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to hosting you!

🐾 Pet & Parking Information

Sugar Beach C34 is pet-friendly. You must select the number of pets from the guest box. Pet fees charged by the HOA in addition to Signature Destinations Pet Fee:

• 4+ nights: $150 for 1 pet, $200 for 2 pets
• 3 nights or less: $80 for 1 pet, $120 for 2 pets
• Vicious breeds (Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid) are not allowed.

🚗 Parking: $37 per vehicle per stay.

Both pet and parking fees are paid directly to the HOA after booking and are in addition to any fees collected by Signature Destinations LLC.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
