Parking Fees are Automobiles $23.33 per vehicle, Motorcycles $11.85 per motorcycle, and Boat Trailor Parking and Boat Dock Access $287.62. Due to limited space, authorization from STS Management is required prior to arrival for anyone bringing a boat on property. Maximum of 2 vehicles per unit in the gated area. Additional vehicles must also be registered, but must park outside of the gated area. Vehicles without this new digital permit will towed without warning.**
