Edgewater Resort HOA requires an amenity fee to be paid to them. The link to pay prior to your arrival will be sent after booking. These fees are outside any fees already collected by or owed to Signature Destinations. This is required whether you bring a vehicle or not. This fee includes parking, armbands, and use of the pools. Registration prices are as follows and subject to change: 1st vehicle: $50.00 USD, 2nd Vehicle: An Additional $30.00 USD, 3rd Vehicle: An Additional $50.00 in addition to 1st and 2nd vehicle charges. Max of 3 vehicles.

Please note golf course requires an additional fee and is not included with rental.

Signature Destinations supplies a few essential items for guests until they can get to the grocery store. This includes: a dishwasher pod, a small washing machine powder, each bathroom has one small travel size use amenities: shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, or body wash, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. None of these items are restocked during your stay. All bed linens and towels are provided. There is laundry in the unit to wash linens and your clothing as needed. **We kindly ask guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool (if applicable) and beach-the sand causes stains and damages to white linen**.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
