Per HOA policy, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, check in, and stay the entire time. IDs may be checked, and guests under 25 will not be permitted to check in. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to hosting you!

🚗 Parking Information

Please note that Sugar Beach Condominium Complex HOA charges a fee for parking. It is charged per stay and is in addition to any fees already collected by Signature Destinations LLC.

Currently, the parking fee is $37.00 per vehicle and is subject to change without further notice. After booking, you will receive a link to the website where the parking fee can be paid directly.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
