Parking Information

🚗 Parking is $37 per vehicle per stay. Parking fees are paid directly to the HOA after booking and are separate from reservation charges collected by Signature Destinations LLC.

Sugar Beach C21 is pet-friendly. You must select the number of pets from the guest box. Pet fees charged by the HOA in addition to Signature Destinations Pet Fee:
• 4+ nights: $150 for 1 pet, $200 for 2 pets
• 3 nights or less: $80 for 1 pet, $120 for 2 pets
• Vicious breeds (Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid) are not allowed.
• 80lbs Maximum Weight
