The Queen bedroom provides a private place to unwind, while the living room gives everyone a place to gather between adventures. The Queen sleeper sofa and hallway twin bunk beds add flexibility for families or small groups, with a maximum occupancy of 5 guests.

🧺 Having a washer and dryer right inside the condo is another bonus, especially after days spent at the beach or pool. No need to pack enough clothes for every day of your vacation or search for a shared laundry facility — you have the convenience of doing laundry right at home.

Horizon South HOA requires a registration fee to be paid to them prior to arrival. The link to register and pay will be sent to you after booking. These fees are in addition to any fees already paid to Signature Destinations. Armbands are $20/person and Parking Pass is $25/vehicle if staying less than 10 days. Any stays 10-60 days in length, Armbands are $40/person and Parking Pass is $50/vehicle.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
